Thermo King installs and services chiller units for tractor-trailers.
This is new service center facility and includes a large 12-bay bay area and adjoining, two-story office and customer area.
The entire structure features tilt-up construction with painted panels. The interior offices feature polished concrete and level-five finishes, tile and carpeting.
The pull-through service center allows tractor-trailers to easily enter and exit, and has roll-up doors and a thick concrete slab to support the weight of the trailers.
Thermo King’s Salt Lake City hub was designed by our architects at their previous firm. When it came time to build another facility in Idaho, the client again selected our talented architects.
